Neelikon manufactures dyes from its plant in Roha, India and manages its business from its head office in Mumbai, India.  Neelikon Dyestuffs was founded in 1983 by Mukund Turakhia and was incorporated into the present company in 1994, as Neelikon Food Dyes and Chemicals Ltd.

Spectra Colors Corp. relocates its Accounting, Customer Service offices and Laboratory to a larger renovated area within our complex.

We finaly moved into our new offices, the construction had been going on for over a year. This area of the building was occupied by tenants, until last year when it was decided more space was needed to accommodate our expanding business.

The new space now houses our Customer Service and Accounting Specialists, Laboratory and Executives offices.  Customer Service and Acccounting Specialists enjoy almost three times the space they had in the old location; with skylights that span the entire offices.

Our laboratory has more than four times the space and equipment than previously.  The lab is now divided into two areas; one for the solvent colorants and the other for water soluble colorants.  The water soluble colorants lab conveniently houses our instruments for R&D and QC for Ink Jet Inks, Markers, Ball Point Pen Inks and Food Drug & Cosmetics colorants.

Mr. Rick Engle has accepted the position of Manager of  Certified Colorants and Specialty Applications.

Rick will be responsible for a sales territory in the southern part of the USA as well as working with the existing sales team and their distributors to develop new certified color sales within North American Region.

Rick’s is a welcome addition to the Spectra family and brings with him valuable commercial experience in Certified Colors from his employment at Noveon – Hilton Davis.

Rick resides with his wife Kathy and son Greg in Atlanta, GA. He also has three daughters from a previous marriage.

Rick will report to Brian Foley, Director or Sales.
